Some kid set himself on fire and had some friends tape it in a manner reminiscent of "Jackass". What a jackass.
Iraq's parliament rejects the UN resolution unanimously. But the final decision is up to the Butcher of Baghdad, who has to decide by Friday. My guess is that it's just an empty statement to the US, and that Saddam will approve of it. If not, he's a moron.
